- We have full-time, certified installation crews to properly
install, adjust, seal, caulk, and trim out all the products we
sell, whether for new construction, additions, or remodeling.
We provide this turn-key installation service to Remodeling Professionals,

- Service and Repairs
- Because we have trained installation personnel, we also provide
window and door repairs and adjustments, such as replacement
glass, screens, hardware, weather stripping, etc. We will assist
in obtaining the original manufacturer replacement parts or warranty
parts whenever possible - whether we sold the original units
or not! Some hard-to-find replacement parts may have to be replaced
with generic replacements, or the units or parts adapted to achieve
the functional capabilities.

- Our experienced personnel will provide design alternatives
to meet both your objectives and budget. Typically we provide
alternatives to achieve significant cost savings, while achieving
the desirable objectives, whether they be aesthetics, energy
efficiency, functionality, durability, sound or solar abatement,
safety and security, or use of standard available, or custom
fabricated products.

- Each month we conduct a Window and Door Replacement Clinic
to describe the process of replacing windows and doors, review

- Our extensive showroom includes a complete home-like setting
of installed products - two stories tall! We prefer that all
of our customers come in and "Touch, Feel, and See" (preferably
open and close) the various products and imagine how their new
or remodeled home would look with the installation of these products

- We have an extensive library of idea books, videos, catalogs,
and product brochures for you to peruse to obtain ideas and configurations.
We even have house plans, design books, and trade magazines with
the latest innovations.
- Job-Site Delivery
- Company owned and operated delivery vehicles provide job-site
deliveries by knowledgeable personnel that can also provide on-site
product consultation.
- Blueprint Review and Take-offs
- Knowledgeable personnel will review your blueprints and develop
schedules of the windows and doors based on an opening by opening
analysis considering such things as prevalent winds, directional
orientation, availability of natural shading etc. Computer generated
graphics, sizes, and configurations can be cut out and attached
to blueprints (like "paper dolls") to evaluate different configurations.
We also provide complete rough opening lists, energy savings
relationships, and custom window design reports. We typically
provide alternative configurations to achieve the desired results,
while maintaining budget constraints, and usually share other
design observations, energy savings ideas, safety and security,
building code compliance, and other construction related tips.
- Seminars and Presentations
- Our personnel have conducted numerous seminars and clinics
for various organizations regarding windows and doors, noise
and solar abatement, security, energy efficiency, new products
and technologies, etc. These groups have included architects,
planning commissions, highway and airport noise control committees,
procurement committees, homeowner and condominium owners and
managers, builder, remodeler, contractor, church, school, social,
